Membership
Membership to K.u.K. IR 61 is open to all who are interested in the history of Austria-Hungary in the Great War of 1914-1918. To participate in our reenactment events, you must be at least 18 years of age and must be a member in good standing of the Great War Historical Society (16 and17-year-olds may participate with parental permission and the sponsorhip of an existing GWHS member).

We are looking for a few good men for our Machinengewehr-Abteilung (machine gun section) to help crew our Schwarzlose M07/12 machine gun (de-activated and converted to an oxy/propane simulator, all legal & legit).
